Wheres the loyalty!?!?
I cannot sit in my own home and use my phone that is way too overpriced. One goes into dead space the other reroutes you back to customer service. We also have a hotspot that we have been unable to use since we've had it. I also got the run around and was pretty upset.
Your customer service is beyond anything I have ever experienced. I have an s9 my husband has s9 plus. I am presently on hold have been for 32 minutes they just hung up on me.
You can search online for the office of the CEO or the "office of executive service. I was around other customers and they also commented on his attitude with me.
